About me
I received my
"Ingeniero Civil Electrónico" degree and my M.Sc. in Automatic
Control from Universidad
Técnica Federico Santa María, Valparaíso, Chile, in 2007. In June 2010
started the exciting task of pursuing a Ph.D. at the Hamilton Institute, National University of Ireland
Maynooth, Ireland, under the supervision of prof. Rick Middleton
Research Interests
My current research
interests are Performance Bounds for Optimal Control (H-2 and H-infinity) of
Linear Systems and Networked Linear Systems. I have also worked in Optimal
Boundary Control of PDEs via Galerkin methods and in LQG control of reduced
order models for PDEs.
