About me

I received my Bachelor's of Engineering from the University of Victoria in 2002. My Master's and Doctorate were completed at Simon Fraser University in 2004 and 2008, respectively. My graduate degrees were completed under the supervision of Professor James Cavers. In 2009, I worked as a RF design engineer at Vecima Networks in the Wireless Research and Development group. Between January 2010 and January 2012, I was a research fellow at the Hamilton Institute, National University of Ireland Maynooth, Ireland. Since January 2012, I have been working at Latitude Technologies Corporation as a Systems/Communication Engineer.

Research Interests

Multiuser and multi-antenna issues in wireless systems and networks; avionics and satellite communication systems. Focused on the areas of: interference mitigation in multi-access and heterogeneous wireless and wireline networks, dynamic frequency selection techniques, MIMO detection and synchronization techniques.
